Today is September 16. That means that its officially Mexican Independence Day.
A time of celebration, fiesta, and Fresh Salsa, Mexican Grocery Shops.
I don't know anything about Mexican Independence Day, so I'm going to find something out about it.
One thing I found out is that its bigger than the cinco de Mayo celebration.
Its a major Mexican holiday where Mexico celebrates its independence from Spanish rule.
They celebrate yearly with Mexican food and dancing.
